FAST CASH in the SLOW Economy!

Let’s face it … there’s a LOT of FEAR brewing inside of people these days.

These times are UNCERTAIN!

And, it would be easy for entrepreneurs to “freeze up” or panic. But, it’s doesn’t have to be that way…

Yes — this economy is coming to a screeching halt in some areas and in some ways. But that doesn’t mean you can’t succeed and prosper in these times.

It WILL take a different level of commitment, and it will take a higher level of belief. It will also take creative thinking and maverick marketing to grow businesses. But it can be done.

You can do it!

And, if you’re committed to it, I intend to do everything in my power to help you do it.

To equip you. To educate you. To share with you what I know.

Over the next few days, weeks and months, I will share more and more with you.

We’re going to have opportunities for you to learn how to outthink, outperform, outmarket, outsell, and outrun your competition.

You’re going to make it. You’re going to WIN!

And, you’re not just going to survive — you’ll thrive.

So, let me give you some ideas today on what YOU can do to generate some FAST CASH in this SLOW Economy.

Some ideas that WILL NOT require a HUGE investment of money for you to DO THEM.

Fair enough?

  1. Tap Your Customer List: Revisit the people who’ve bought from you in the past. Can you help them again? Can you help them in a new or different way? Can you serve them? What do they need?
  2. Pick Up The Phone: While the internet is the “hot marketing tool” — the phone is STILL a lethal weapon for selling your stuff. Pick up the phone and talk to people. Call your old customers who haven’t bought from you lately. Call your current customers (see #1). Call people who’ve inquired in the past or visited your store or business — but never bought. Call your buddies and colleagues — look for ways to create alliances. Do they sell to the same audience you target? Perhaps you can work together to create sales for you — and put cash in their pocket too. Ask EVERYONE you speak with for referrals … “Who else do you know who might need some help with (whatever problem you solve)?”
  3. Engage With Email: Email is FREE — except for the time it takes. So, roll through your email address book and look at each name in there while asking yourself … how could I help them? What information could I send them that would be useful? Who might they know that could also use my services? And, start writing personal emails — not blasts — to those people in your address book. Think about it … if you write 20 emails a day (less than 4 hours work), you could contact 100 people in a week. What kind of new business do you think you could stir up with that level of activity?
  4. Speak Up & Speak Out: All around your city, there are local clubs and organizations that meet each week. EVERY ONE OF THEM needs speakers for their weekly meetings. You can literally speak until you’re out of breath — just speaking for local groups. Don’t speak to overtly sell — instead GIVE, SERVE, SHARE — and people will want to do business with you. See http://www.speaker101.comif you’d like to hear my FREE teleseminar replay, “The Pitfalls & Profit Potential of Public Speaking.”
  5. Go Public: If you have something to say or share that helps people — especially if you can somehow tie it to the crazy economic situation — then get out in the media and start sharing it. EVERY MORNING your local TV stations have local news programming. Guess what… they need interesting guests to show up and share good information with their audience. So, why don’t you BE that interesting guest? Use it to build your public platform — use it to generate leads — use it to enhance your local celebrity. And, then cash in on that goodwill.

Those are just FIVE quick ways to make FAST CASH in this SLOW economy.
