(oops) Why Mr. Monetizer is “missing” from iTunes…

On Friday, I (excitedly) announced that my
new “Mr. Monetizer Show” podcast is now
approved and available in iTunes.
However, people said they did a search in
iTunes, and couldn’t find it. So, I did some
checking on Apple’s website.
Here’s what I discovered:
1) It IS now available in iTunes (see link
below), but it can take up to 24-36 hours
(sometimes longer) for it to show up in the
updated “search” in your iTunes store.
Apple says:
“Podcasts are accessible via their podcast
URL just a few minutes after they have been
approved for inclusion in the Store.
However, it can take 24-36 hours for the
podcast’s data to make it into our search
index. So if you can’t find your podcast
yet, be patient: you will be able to find it
by title, author, and description (and to a
lesser extent, keyword) after the next
update of the search index.”
2) If you want to listen to Episode #1 of
the show, and don’t want to wait for it to
show up in iTunes search, you can do one of
two things:
a) You can go directly to this link in the
iTunes store:

b) You can listen to it or download it on
the Mr. Monetizer website:

Either way, I think you’re going to like
the show. (At least that’s my biased
opinion:) )
