    Hi

I urgently need a crash course in public speaking because I am promoting small businesses and voluntary groups.

I want to inspire and motivate other people by being effective in speaking about the inspiring people I meet, my dream being to travel doing this work.

I am planning a Dinner & Dance event for end of November so hope you will consider my application.

    Many thanks

I’m already an experienced public speaker. That doesn’t mean that I’m a professional at it, only that I have been doing it for 12 years as a CEO and Communications Director in the non-profit sector. This means that I am comfortable with and even enjoy speaking to groups.

Here is why I should get the free pass… because I am launching a new career as a consultant and my success with your help would make an excellent case study for you to benefit from.

How can you benefit from it? My market niche is chambers of commerce and trade associations. There are thousands of each type of organization that in turn represent millions of businesses, owners, employees, managers… all of whom we could then target for back-end sales of our programs, coaching, services, etc.

I’m just one guy with a vision and the connections to make a super fast leap into success with the right coach… like you. And we can both benefit immensely from it over and over and over again.

How does the sound of an ever increasing income appeal to you? Yeah… me, too.
    Thanks for the opportunity.

Hi JP, thanks for this opportunity for a such a valuable free pass. Why pick me? Well, one of the reasons I’m in the self improvement field as that I have a genuine desire to help people. I’ve held one-on-one informal coaching sessions, limited consulting by email, and also telephone question and answer sessions. Public speaking is a very logical next step for me, and since I love to talk (as anyone who knows me will tell you:-)), it’s a natural fit. I always wanted to do it, and am always in awe of those who do it well. What a way to get the word out about something I’m truly passionate about, and at the same time earn a fabulous income.

In terms of what I would do with the “real world” training? Well, I’ve seen what some speakers do when coming into my city, and I would love to do the same. For example, we’ve seen the recent success of some speakers doing seminars on the concepts from the hit DVD “the Secret”. I would very much like to do the same and enjoy similar success.

Well, that’s about it for now. Oh, one more thing: “Pick Me!”

    Regards,

    Hanif

If you were to just stop, and imagine being Kevin Spacey in “Pay It Forward,” then how wonderful would you feel, passing on your valuable expertise and advice to someone who would then turn around and touch the lives of a small Midwestern town in a similar fassion, now?

In my current position as sales director for a professional basketball team, I face both my fantasy fulfilled and my fear realized when I speak to folks. It’s amazing, but I see reflected in others’ eyes, the exact same fear of speaking publicly.

If you were to just find yourself choosing someone, like me, to dispense your gifts to, then wouldn’t it be thrilling to know I’ll be better prepared in my new role as sales director; better presentations and providing greater services to my team and my community, in my mind. Imagine, sharing my gifts, from you, with professional athletes and teaching them to speak better in interviews and press conferences, as well as becoming better role models for those youth who so adore and idolize them.

When you remember how wonderful it feels to be the recipient of priceless advice and guidance, then doesn’t it make sense to give to a person dedicated to pay your gift forward, okay?

    Thank you so much!

Why do I deserve a free pass to Speaker 101 Training? Well, I’m sure others may be equally deserving. But I think I deserve it because my goals (what I plan to do with the real-world, proven strategies and techniques I’ll learn) are largely altruistic. Sure, I want to make a lot of money. But with my money and my speaking, I will do two things: one, I will give away a lot of money. I have my pet projects—homeless animals, underprivileged children, and suffering people in many parts of Africa among them. Two, I will strive to make people’s lives better through my speaking.

I’m not yet sure what I’m going to speak about. Actually, I know what I want to speak about, but it has to become reality first. I want to speak about my career success (my career being writing), and encourage my listeners that if I can succeed, they absolutely can too. But I have to experience that success first. And that’s why I can’t really pay for the training myself, although it’s been on my “wish list” for quite a while.

So, there you have it: why I deserve a free pass to Speaker 101 Training. And I think I’ll just go ahead and post this without over-thinking it, lest it become contrived and overdone.

    Thanks, JP!

    Lisa

If you have never seen the movie “The Pursuit of Happiness,” I urge you to go see it. The similarities of that true story to my life are shocking–down to the box that I was selling. I took my wife to go see the movie and we both cried. We cried from way down inside because we both knew the movie was like we were looking at my own life.

I have been attempting to pull my self out of a deep financial hole having raised over $1 million for a startup company that manufactured and marketed a medical machine the size of a shoebox. I put more than $100,000 of my own money in it—some of it was borrowed. This debt has hounded me for years, but some day it will be gone.

I have a deep seated passion to bless a lot of people. Because of a series of unfortunate events lasting over ten years, the possibility that it would happen almost vanished. But deep inside I have known that I will inspire a lot of people.

Things have changed dramatically in my retirement income planning business recently. I am now being mentored by the number one retirement income planner in America. His primary prospecting method is through the use of seminars. He has repeatedly told me that I will be a superstar and I absolutely believe him. I am starting to make some fairly good commissions now and things are looking up.

Because I tend to find the top leaders and the best ideas in my field, I was recently introduced to some advanced financial strategies which I then shared with one of the top estate planning attorneys in America specializing in people worth $10 million and higher. He was very impressed because I will be able to improve on his advanced strategies. We will be doing some significant things together in the future—possibly on a national scale.

This week, I was invited by a regional monthly magazine to be a columnist for their 70,000 readers. I will be a local celebrity to retirees in the 19 surrounding counties in short order.

I am a very good communicator and I am very comfortable in front of a crowd. I expect to be an outstanding speaker someday and I have the natural talent to take myself to the next level if I can get some coaching. Make no mistake; I WILL be a superstar in my business. I am absolutely sure of it. I want to help a lot of people become the best they can be and being a powerful communicator will help me accomplish that worthy goal.

On behalf of all your readers, I want to say thank you for the inspiration you are to all of us. Yours is a wonderful, noble and inspirational work and you deserve to feel the satisfaction knowing that is true. You are appreciated and respected by us all.

I don’t know whether *anyone* deserves a free pass on your hard work, but telling you what I would do with it is easy.

I have an exciting book coming out on October 9: Wealth Secrets Revealed: Lunch with Gaffer, published by Morgan James. I’m trying to do everything I can to put it into the New York Times bestseller list. The publicity is coming together, but there is a third leg I’m trying to figure out: speaking.

I have given hundreds of talks as a stockbroker, but I have very little feel for how to kick off a paid speaking career. That’s what I want to learn from your course, and I want my first major audience to hear what I have to offer them on October 9.

But there’s more than that: I believe our education system is missing some of what it should be doing. We teach kids (sometimes) how to add and subtract and, theoretically, enough to start earning a living. We fail to teach them how to manage their money once they have earned it. With your help and those of others who join me, I want to encourage a change.

Think of what it means if fewer families have significant financial problems: fewer divorces and suicides, less poverty in retirement, less pressure on social services. What a reward it will be to be a part of that!

    JP,

Although I have some experience, your assistance should take me to new heights in some brand new ventures. Here I’ll share only my first since I know the value of focusing in on one thing at a time.

To start, type in “neuroendocrine cholangiocarcinoma” in the Advanced Search on Google. Make sure to put the words in quotes. No references huh? Well, that’s the rare type of bile duct cancer I’ve lived with since February 2002 when the doctors told me I had about four (4) days to live.

I refused Chemo, radiation, surgery and all cancer-related drugs. However, I do live with three tubes that keep my bile ducts working.

Many of my doctors at Johns Hopkins Hospital now believe I’ve lived longer than anyone on record, even with any types of associated cancer.

I am writing two books right now, one to tell my story and one to detail and explain the health regimen I developed with some friends the day I came home from the hospital in 2002.

The famous Dr. Ben Carson, diagnosed with prostate cancer two years ago, used my regimen while recovering from his surgery. He soon after requested to write the Introduction to my book(s). That alone may attract attention to my message. After all, he has had three (3) books on the N.Y. Times Best Sellers list.

I’ve known for a while that I should get some coaching and professional training, but I haven’t worked professionally in five years, taking care of myself and my daughter (single parent) while maintaining a relatively active lifestyle having one of the most deadly cancers known. My income reflects that.

But it’s time to fly and I’m ready physically, mentally and spiritually.

    Thank you for this opportunity.

    Many blessing,
    Andrew

Life lessons have taught me that a strong mentor can cut years off the learning curve. In fact, without a good mentor you may never acheive the same level of success.

If I’m granted the pass, my objectives will not be altruistic. It will be my goal to achieve as much financial success as possible. Of course, I will always deliver more value than was expected. That’s just good business.

Most of my money has been earned in the “work-from-home” arena. Unfortunately, my success is all too-often dependent on others. I want to become more self-sufficient and be more in control of my personal destiny. I would like to parlay the success I have had into a successful speaking, training, coaching and consulting business. I’m comfortable and effective in front of an audience. I’m always looking to hone my craft and, in particular, with your course, I hope to hone the business side of the equation.

I am dedicated, committed and eager. It will be my goal to create a success story you can use over and over again.

    Hi JP,

First of all thanks for providing us all with this opportunity re the training pass.

    WHY

Part of my goals and dreams is to have the opportunity (after preparation )
to use public speaking to inspire, motivate and give hope to many people,
particularly those who are about to give up on their dreams for various reasons.
We have gone through some deep valleys and
as a consequence we have real life experiences that can provide people with
    real-time hope.

    WHAT

What I plan to do with the real-world,
    proven strategies and techniques:

1.Allow the techniques to first have
    an impact on me.

2.Share them with others as this is duplication in action.

    Kind regards

    Arthur

    Hi JP,

I am definitely interested to find out if this course is an online course or if it is to be held in the States.

Unfortunately I am based in Australia.

But interestingly I attended a seminar on the weekend. A 3 day seminar regarding Internet Marketing and it suprised me the at the lack of the speakers that were presenting.

They all gave very little information around there topic but instead they gave a synopsis of:

    - how great they are
    - how they have achieved great things
    - and then the sales pitch

Personally I would think that any speaking engagement where you have something to offer would be similar to any type of sales process built over time. Rather than just telling/showing people how great you are proof is required. And as with all communications you should be adding value.

Correct my if I am wrong, but in my instance had they given me something of value, obviously not all there secrets, I would potentially have been interested.

Isn’t this what ‘White Papers’ & ‘Reports’ are all about. You give me your email address, I will give you some information and then I will sequentially follow up with you until you purchase.

Wouldn’t this work in the public speaking arena?

    regards
    Justin Bryce

    Hello!

I am a nurse, a coach, writer and only have to add ’speaker’ to complete the dream package of skills I am using to inspire others, especially nurses to be happier.

I will use speaking skills to inspire, motivate and teach nurses about health, wealth and happiness.

My blog is at http://www.happynurses.typepad.com and is very popular, I have published articles on life balance, communication and coaching, but I also need to speak to nurses personally.

I currently have a broken wrist, and my left arm in plaster, so have lots of time to learn new skills….!

My intention is to make money helping other nurses to live happier, healthier lives. I will be able then to live the life of my dreams while helping others live theirs - excellent, eh?

    Dear JP,

Thank you for considering me for a scholarship to attend your training program. You asked me to provide you with two things: why I deserve this, and what I will do with this training if I receive it. My response is lengthy, because these are fair questions.

First, I think it important to mention that I already make my exclusive income as a professional speaker, but I am struggling. My wife and I teach public workshops that we arrange and market almost exclusively ourselves. That means that we have to sell every seat personally and have finally accepted that this is not the way to go!

Like Robert Kiyosaki of Rich Dad Poor Dad fame, I had the privilege of having two dads. Both were wealthy in just about every way but financially. My birth father was modestly successful (more title than money) and there was much that he taught me, but my vision of the world and my spirituality was much different. Later in life, a humble, but highly respected Hawaiian man saw that we were the same spiritually, so he invited me into his family to teach me to carry on the Hawaiian ways. As I grew into these ways of living and approach to spirituality, my second father entrusted to me many teachings, but as he liked to say, “It’s tough to make a living as a Hawaiian Priest”. My second father passed away a year and a half ago and the wisdom of our family lineage is in my hands to carry forward.

My wife Connie and I have an overflowing creativity supported by the drive, focus, and endurance to bring projects to fruition. We have worked together professionally in the field of body-mind health for 22 years. We have a private practice, we have authored two self-published books, and I have three more books in line for development. One of the three upcoming books is already sold to a traditional publisher and is a revised version of my second book. Plus, we have created 7 self-published audio CD programs and self-published 8 healing art prints. We own a school that is in its last months of life, and we teach workshops together and individually across the US and the United Kingdom. We have a brand new membership program, and my wife and I have developed three trademarked systems of body therapy that are slowly growing in popularity across the country.

It seems like we have everything in place, everything is of exceptional quality, but our marketing results are mediocre. Objective observers have confirmed, “Quality is not your problem. Everything you do is great. You need help with marketing.”

In our private therapeutic practice, we have been called upon by world-class dancers, major league world champion athletes, internationally famous healers, and even members of two royal families. In spite of our professional expertise, the school we created was a educational masterpiece (our graduates have a 100% first-time pass rate on state licensing exams and 100% of our licensed graduates are working professionally), but it was a financial disaster.

Even though our financial crisis has left us termporarily buried in debt, I believe that over the long-run, it is one of the best things that could have happened. The result is that we are more focused and more committed to creating our vision. We are finishing our last classes at the school and beginning to rebuild our lives. Unfortunately, that means I am literally broke financially right now.

So, based on our background, there are two major reasons to select me as your student.

First, as a teacher, I have people in our school that are here to learn a skill, and then there are those who have a unique clarity, focus, and drive and are here to make a real contribution in life. JP, selecting me as your student, you will find that I am here to make a contribution and I have the skills to do it. I just need guidance and refinement. You mention that the very first step to success is to find a hungry market. I am hungry and I am ready.

Second, you stated goal was to help people make a real leap into this business in 30, 60, or 90 days at the most. Perhaps you would disagree, but in my opinion, to achieve that goal successfully and realistically, the student needs to have a basic foundation in place. I have that foundation. I have a brand new message, a nearly complete 2-hour presentation, I have a 75 minute CD product, and I have a complete book concept that has already begun the writing process. I have several other products available that are of excellent quality and only need better marketing to get them out to the public. And, I have a long reputation for excellence within my small circle and am ready to expand my visibility.

It is very likely that there will be people in this training who will eventually put this information to use and do well. I will start putting it to use on day one. In fact, I’ve already applied the concepts from your talk — rethinking and reworking what I have now. Fill that space with someone who can prove your system to highly effective in 30-60 days. Because I have accepted that my way needs to change, I will listen and I will follow your plan. That creates a third benefit that you acknowledged in your presentation. When I begin earning the large checks in 30-60-90 days, you know I will be motivated (and financially able) to invest in your $10,000 training program to really polish what I do. You will be making a small investment for a large probable return.

You also asked what I will do with the training I would receive. Here’s my vision. My second father taught me the ways of life, spirituality, and healing from old Hawaii. But he also taught me that even the most sacred traditions must always fit into modern context. I have a vision for taking this beautiful way of living and enriching our lives and making it mainstream… respecting both the ancestors and the future generations. My current project is called “The Measure of Happiness: Creating the Healing Power of Sacred Places in Our Every Day Lives”. It is a beautiful and moving look at things we can do to change the momentum of the next few moments, the rest of our day, and even the rest of our lives. When that is complete, my next project is “Finding Forgiveness, Finding Wholeness”. These are both about bringing ancient philosophy that works into modern, every life applications. They are useful for a wide audience and they have great value.

Where some may have an interest in learning this business, I am in this business and am dependent on this business. I need to succeed.

    Your talk presented five steps:
    1. Find a Hungry Target Market — We have a brand new membership program. It is “micro” in size, but growing. We have several other markets that we are defining who are specifically seeking to bring spirituality (whatever their personal faith) into every part of their day.

    2. Crafting your message and be powerful an persuasive — I have this ready. I have a workshop on CD in production right now. I am also reworking this into a book, and a modularized workshop allowing it to be presented as a 60-minute, 90-minute, or 120-minute lecture/speech, or an 8-hour workshop program. As a speaker, I can connect with emotion, and I present very complex concepts in simple and effective ways. I have the ability and experience to hold an audience’s attention for a 27-hour, three-day and an evening workshop and I can be persuasive in an hour-long program.

    3. Develop my Uniqueness — My adopted Hawaiian roots and training give me a unique look, presence, and position in the speaking world. Being one of only three living people trained and authorized by the elders to share these traditions makes me very unique. I have a western part of me that I continue to work on and find ways to integrate in a congruent way, but this is underway.

    4. Formulate my marketing — This is what I need most from you. I have a small following, but when people connect with what I offer, they come back again and again. Quality is our forte. I am learning and implementing ways to expand my customer lists. I have several web sites, some are quite good, others are neglected, and one is a full retail store. I have some creative new (at least for me) ideas, but need to refine them with a real expert.

    5. Monetize my Message — Again, I have created a small and constantly growing library of products. I have a catalog of unique short and long (1-2 hour to 1-9 day workshops/retreat programs to full many year training in my family’s way of living and methods of natural healing). My message is complete in itself and it leads to these larger opportunities. I am also very open to suggestions for new ways to translate my message into a valuable, useful revenue center.

I believe that if you select me to receive a scholarship to your education program, you will have the joy of having someone dedicated to creating success now, willing to listen, willing to work, and ready to go (growing list of ancillary products/services) with a brand new product. We can go through the refinement and then launch. Our next 30, 60, and 90 days will give me and my family the push forward to begin rebuilding our financial lives while giving you the pleasure of knowing you are making a difference in our lives and in all the people we connect with through our work. We honor my adopted ancestors by keeping their wisdom and knowledge in good care and pass it along to future generations of every nation in ways that are applicable.

With your training, I have no doubt that I can turnaround my personal situation and I can better serve the people in my audience. Connie and I have always been generous. We gave away three full scholarships to our massage therapy school each year to people who needed a chance and were ready whether we could afford it or not. If you are willing to offer me the same gift in my time of need, I will use what you share with me to the best of my ability.

    My Warmest Aloha,

    Rick Pono Vrenios

I would like to expand what I am doing with more paid speaking. I am starting a “Success University” and speaking would be part of it. One way or another it is going to happen. You guidance in speaking would be appreciated and helpful. Myself with others will help individual plan and execute life changing strategies and at the same time, giving them real tools to do it. See you at the top.

    Dear JP,

At first glance, I didn’t put to much attention to your emails since I receive so many in a day. Then I thought about how everything happens for a reason, and there was a reason you sent a second notice.

Honestly, in my youth, I had never thought about public speaking due to fear. I had always dreamed of being in front of people and being able to communicate in such a way that I would move their souls, or at least get them thinking.

I am an entreprenuer and have delved into personal development over the last two years. Recently, I have truly been inspired to take what I do to new levels. In order to accomplish that, I need more work. That is where someone like you comes in. If you are offering, I am asking for it.

I will not only improve upon myself, but I will also become a much stronger and clearer communicator for my children. I am their role model. For them to know the paths they must travel, I have to be their example.

What will I give to the world? Well, it will be my pleasure to share my time and my talent with others. The day I inspire people beyond what they imagined will be a summit that I reach. I know I have been given gifts, and they are gifts that need to be shared. With help from people like you, I’ll get to where I want to go. And I’ll be able to teach others to do the same.

Thank you for your consideration. I am ready to accept your offer.

    We’ll talk soon!

    Best regards,
    Lisa J Wood

    Dear JP,

Thank you for this opportunity. I am continually impressed and amazed by the willingness to GIVE among successful internet marketers. It is an incredible inspiration - in fact, it is my MAIN inspiration in life right now.

It is also the main REASON that I have chosen the entrepreneurial path. I desire to be in the company of people who are committed to personal success, and to creating the conditions and means for other people to achieve personal success.

Now, that’s the short version of the “why” and the “what” of my participation here. I’m going to go on in more depth below. Thanks for reading!

So I’m going to start with the “what” and see if that can get me to a clearer statement of “why.”

What I plan to do with the education that you’re offering is to educate people about taking responsibility for creating the lives that they want. I know, this is a pretty broad, pretty vague statement. Let me be more precise:

I intend to create a career by which I will have the opportunity to teach, by example and by inspiration, the principle that has already saved my butt twice, and which is going to save it a third time. I know this as sure as I know the sun is outside my window here in Colorado, shining brightly and make the birds sing.

You see, I used to be a drunk. Yup. Big time. I’m not going to bore you with the details - shoot, there’s plenty of that in the news these days. I’m just going to tell you that twelve and a half years ago, something clicked, I quit booze, drugs and cigarettes, and never looked back.

Does that mean I became a saint? Sadly, no. I definitely did not become a saint. Nor is sainthood a position I aspire to. But I had an opportunity that I didn’t have before to help other people SIMPLY BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. And that has been a wonderful thing in my life.

Now, as I said, I didn’t become a saint. In fact, I kept up some pretty devilish behavior. Mostly around money. Got into some pretty good (that is, bad) debt. And then, twelve years after quitting the other stuff, everything came crashing down again.

Yup. The “B” word. But it turns out bankruptcy led to another “B” word - Blessing. Blessing in disguise. I’m now debt-free, and I have been given a new opportunity.

And I’ve had a lot of time to THINK about what I want to do with this new freedom. Been reading a lot. Books like “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. That’s a book that EVERY SINGLE PERSON should RUN OUT and get NOW. But not just “get it” - READ IT! It has changed my life. That is not an overstatement.

Are you familiar with “The Secret?” Of course - how can you AVOID it these days? The Secret is an amazing force. And what’s even more amazing is that it all comes from Napoleon Hill’s book! See for yourself. It’s crazy!

Here is a quote from the book that I found particularly inspiring:

“There is a difference between wishing for a thing and being ready to receive it. No one is ready for a thing until he believes he can acquire it. The state of mind must be belief, not mere hope or whish. Open-mindedness is essential for belief. Closed minds do not inspire faith, courage, or belief.

Remember, no more effort is required to aime high in life, to demand abundance and prosperity, than is required to accept misery and poverty.

When I read these lines, I knew I was on the right path. Because I’d already seen these principles demonstrated beyond a shadow of doubt in my own life. Twelve years ago (and not eleven, and not ten) I was READY to end the madness of booze and drugs. A year ago (and not two or three years ago), I was READY to end the madness of credit card debt and crazy spending habits.

And what I’ve learned is that it doesn’t take any more effort to bring POSITIVE things into my life than to bring NEGATIVE things into my life, which I did for so many years. THIS is the message I want to share.

The thing is, it’s already happening in my life, TODAY. I’m on a path to prosperity, and I feel alive in a way that I’ve never felt before. And the thing is, as I build my success, I want to SHARE that with others, so that they too can know success and happiness and freedome and true JOY.

I look around this country today, and I see a health-care system that is under serious stress because people have never been taught to take care of themselves. It’s not THEIR fault that we have an obesity crisis, or a diabetes crisis in this country. It’s that no one has ever taught them to take care of themselve. They wait to be taken care of by someone else when they get sick, because that’s the message they’ve gotten.

I look around and I know that poverty is increasing, even in our country so filled with prosperity. Why? Because most people never get a chance to learn that THEY CAN BE OR DO ANYTHING THEY WANT!

I don’t believe it’s true that we all have equal opportunity in this country. Even here, where we don’t have any kind of political system that targets particular groups and denies them access to anything. The problem is just education. We WOULD all have an equal opportunity if we all had access to the same information.

So - there are two main things I am going to accomplish in my life, from here forward. First, I am going to become very successful in business. I have a specific amount in mind, and I have a plan, and I have a clear timeline. In fact, I’m already on my way.

The second thing I am going to accomplish is to teach others to create success in their lives. As our population grows and resources become scarcer and more expensive, the people who will suffer the most are those who don’t have access to the information and knowledge that THEY TOO can take control of their lives and find prosperity and abundance - and SHARE that prosperity and abundance with the people around them.

I believe that public speaking - effective, well-marketed, goal-oriented public speaking that is part of an overall PLAN - could play a HUGE, maybe the biggest role, in helping me to achieve my goal. That is the “why.”

If you decide to grant me this wonderful opportunity, I will not only put it to good use for myself and others, I will pass the torch. That is, I will teach by example and freely give of myself to show that we all have the chance to spread a message of hope and opportunity - and most of all, SUCCESS!!

Thanks so much for reading this long letter, JP. I sincerely wish you the very best of SUCCESS and PROSPERITY in all your edeavors. I know that since you’ve begun by GIVING, you can’t possibily fail!

    Warm Regards,
    David

    JP,

I’m not trying to sell wealth building secrets (I don’t happen to have any.) I’m not gonna’ fill your ears with all the wonderful things I’ll do with the money I make (I plan to live off the money, like everyone else.)

But you might find my plans interesting enough to award me with your valuable instruction. As an American, you’re probably aware of some of the healthcare problems we face. No, I’m not talking about lack of funds, supplies, or equipment. Heck, we’re actually on top of the world when it comes to that.

We have lost the things that really distinguish a great hospital, doctor, nurse, or nurse’s assistant. We’ve lost the human elements. Compassion, kindness, and emotional nourishment.

Don’t believe me? Ask any nurse who works in the ER. Ask her about the bitterness shown towards patients. Not just by the doctors and nurses, but also by the registrars, clerks, and general staff. This is what I want to speak on.

After working in three different hospitals, I’ve concluded that there is virtually NO training in dealing with people who are in the middle of hardships.

    Want an example?

One of the patients I had registered felt violated by a doctor (other patients had made such charges against this particular doctor in the past). The doctor’s reaction to the accusation was hard and cold. Even though she was a sobbing mess, she wasn’t going to back down. She called for hospital staff executives, and made her case.

They were professional. They asked. They listened. They drilled. They documented. But not one of them were compassionate She told her story over and over as the tears streamed down her face and snot ran from her nose all the way to her chin. Her shirt sleeve was already soaked, and she could no longer use it.

After an hour, I could no longer stand it. I grabbed the box of tissues from my desk, walked over to her, and offered them. “It’s gonna’ be ok, honey. I know it’s hard.”

That’s all I did. It took ten seconds out of my busy schedule. But it made a world of difference.

Half an hour later, as she was preparing to leave, she came around my desk and threw her arms around me. She thanked me for being the only one to offer her a tissue. She thanked me for being the only one who cared.

That’s what patients want. They want to be cared for…and it’s possible to do, even when time and staff is short.

This is what I want to get through to the medical industry. I want to help contribute to the medical field in a way few people can.

My husband (Eric Engel) tells me that you’re probably the one person who could help me turn this vision into a reality.

What do you get out of it?

Aside from getting to help with a non-typical project, I’ll document my success in semi-annual reports. My success will be a testament to your course’s effectiveness. I’ll also open my seminars with a brief testimony of your course.

Hope to hear good news from you JP, thank you.

Better skills at Public speaking will be of great use to me in my attempts to spread health awareness and financial intelligence in India and later rest of world.

Health Awareness in India WHO caution that by 2010 India will be leading in diabetics and obesity scares me and I need to be better equipped to spread the knowledge that I have wrt naturopathy to as many people as possible in the shortest period. Of course later on I could even take on the world :-) I already have one session at my home every month. Better public speaking skills will help me spread the word to larger audiences.

Financial Intelligence An ardent admirer of Robert Kiyosaki, I plan to approach school children (and their parents, whose help I will require to reinforce and not negate these principles) and spread better financial awareness amongst the GenNext: I already have prepared the presentation material and need to re-orient my language towards the younger set: I am toying with a workshop mode and more interactive sessions.

These are the key pain points for most people I meet: Lack of Wealth and Presence of Illness. These need to be replaced by Abundance of Wealth and Abundant Health for everyone willing to listen and apply what they have heard.

Stress has become an epidemic in America. Transitional ages in the early twenties can be hit real hard with the stress of finances, job search, and spouse hunting.

When I was back in college, how nice it would have been if I would have learned:

    * What is stress?
    * What is it not?
    * What causes stress and the more important question, WHY?
    * How can I eliminate stress - permanently?
    * What are the keys to long term change?
    * How does stress fit in the whole scheme of things - My Life Purpose?

What if everything we’ve always known about life was wrong? What if there was more to buying the bigger and better things of life? What if life is more than just learning and doing good?

I have a message that shares what our Ultimate Purpose with life is, and how stress is our internal alarm system that alerts us of the most vicious intruder: LIES - Lies that block us from our Ultimate Purpose. This message is unconventional, and it’s based on the Big Book - The Bible, Life’s Instruction Manual. It is the #1 selling book of all time.

It shows that knowledge is the means to the end. The result of that end is doing good. The stress happens when you focus on the means and result of the end. To learn about what the end is, please visit the site at: http://www.WhatDoesGodReallyWant.com.

This message has drastically changed everyone I’ve shared it to, and it needs to be shared to the masses. Using Accelerated Learning techniques, I would love to be able to share this life changing message to as many public platforms as I could. It is the message of the book that I’m writing. It is filled with scientific research studies on the psychology of relationships, and how the brain works.

The message is called: Breakthrough Living: How To Go From Worrier to Warrior in 28 Days.

Thank you for your time and consideration JP! You the man!
